Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of growthforcare.com, including any related landing pages, thank-you pages, booking pages, and content (collectively, the “Site”), operated by Growth For Care LLC (“Growth For Care,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, submitting information through any form, or booking a call with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Growth For Care LLC provides marketing and growth services for home care agencies, including advertising, content, follow-up systems, and private-pay client acquisition support. You can reach us at hassan@growthforcare.com.

The Site describes our marketing and growth programs for home care agencies. Any statements about potential outcomes — including the number of consultations, timeline expectations, or revenue figures referenced on the Site — describe goals and illustrative results from past client work. They are not a promise, warranty, or guarantee that your agency will achieve the same or similar results. Results depend on your market, service area, budget, capacity, and participation.

Nothing on the Site creates a client relationship between you and Growth For Care. Any engagement begins only when both parties sign a separate written agreement, which governs the scope, fees, and terms of that engagement.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. By submitting information or booking a call, you represent that you are at least 18 and, where applicable, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the agency or business you represent.

Calls are scheduled through a third-party scheduling service and, where applicable, held over third-party video conferencing tools. By submitting your contact information through the Site or a booking form, you consent to receive email, phone calls, and text messages from Growth For Care (and service providers acting on our behalf) about your inquiry, booking reminders, and related follow-up.

Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP; opt out of email by using the unsubscribe link in any email; or tell us by phone that you no longer wish to be contacted. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional messages related to a call you booked.

If you become a client, the services, fees, deliverables, and performance terms are governed exclusively by the written agreement you sign with us — not by these Terms, which cover use of the Site only.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, videos, logos, and page designs — is owned by Growth For Care LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting forms or booking calls, and to only submit contact information for yourself or for someone who has consented to be contacted on your behalf. You are responsible for the information you submit.

The Site embeds and links to third-party services, including video hosting (Vidalytics), scheduling (iClosed), video conferencing (Zoom), and advertising platforms (Meta). These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information on the Site is complete or current.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GROWTH FOR CARE LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Growth For Care LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, the information you submit, or your violation of these Terms.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at hassan@growthforcare.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its applicable rules, seated in California. You and we each waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. Either party may bring a claim in small claims court instead. This section does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief for unauthorized use of intellectual property.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version, and continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
