Last updated: September 30, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Growth For Care LLC(“Growth For Care,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit growthforcare.com or related landing pages, book a call with us, or interact with our advertising (collectively, the “Services”).

If you have questions or want to exercise your rights, contact us at hassan@growthforcare.com.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us

When you fill out a form, book a call through our scheduling tool, or speak with us, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, agency or business name, website, service area, and any details you choose to share about your business (for example, revenue range, payer mix, or goals discussed on a call).

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect technical information using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including your IP address, approximate location derived from your IP, device and browser type, pages viewed, time on page, referring URLs, and interactions with ads and content.

Information from third parties

We receive booking details from our scheduling provider (iClosed), meeting-related information from video conferencing tools (Zoom), and ad interaction and measurement data from advertising platforms such as Meta.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Schedule, confirm, and conduct consultations and follow up on your inquiry
  • Provide and improve our Services and the Site
  • Send you communications you requested, including reminders and marketing about our Services (you can opt out at any time)
  • Measure the performance of our advertising and show you relevant ads on and off Meta platforms, including through retargeting
  • Protect the security of the Site and prevent fraud or abuse
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. How We Share Your Information

We share personal information only as described here:

  • Service providers. Companies that help us operate, including video hosting (Vidalytics), scheduling (iClosed), video conferencing (Zoom), email delivery, website hosting, and advertising platforms (Meta). They process information on our behalf.
  • Advertising partners. We share identifiers and event data (such as page visits and conversion events) with Meta to measure and improve our ads. See Section 5 for how this works and how to opt out.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Legal compliance. When required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
  • With your consent. For any other purpose you approve.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, the use of advertising pixels and retargeting may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under some state laws (such as California’s CCPA/CPRA), and we provide the opt-out rights described in Section 8.

5. Cookies, Pixels, and Advertising

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel. The Meta Pixel helps us measure the effectiveness of our advertising and deliver ads on Meta platforms that may be relevant to you, including ads about our Services shown to people who previously visited our Site (retargeting). When the Pixel is active, information such as pages visited and actions taken may be shared with Meta.

You can control advertising in several ways:

Where required by law, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

6. Text Messages and Phone Calls

If you submit your phone number through the Site or a booking form, we may contact you by phone or text message about your inquiry, booking, or our Services. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop calling by telling us by phone or email. For more on how we handle phone numbers, see this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

7. Data Retention and Security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, after which we delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your Rights and Choices
